Concrete Pavement Association.

Provide a unified means of building resources, developing strategies,
and implementing programs to address concrete pavement research,
technology advancement and transfer, and public education on the
inherent economic efficiencies, safety, and quality-of-life advantages
of portland cement concrete pavements for highways, streets, roads,
and airports.

The Innovative Pavement Research Foundation
is engaged in research stemming from, "Creating a New Generation
of Pavements: a Blueprint for Concrete Pavement Research,"
which outlined five goals associated with concrete pavement research,
technology, and innovation. The goals are:
1. Develop current best practices
2. Reduce initial costs
3. Reduce user delays
4. Develop cost-competitive
options
5. Achieve design expecations
